Mantra Lounge

Mantra Lounge begins Thursday, December 18 and continues every third Thursday as a donation-based space for shared voice, shared warmth and shared presence following Hatha Yoga at Andy Arts. All are welcome, whether joining from the yoga mat or elsewhere.

This offering blends gentle instrument-supported, call-and-response non-denominational mantra chanting within a lounge-style atmosphere where devotion feels relaxed, down-to-earth and inclusive. Personal instruments are welcomed. The heart of this space is presence and connection through chanting, where no voice is too quiet, and every heart is held. Whether you’ve chanted for years or are completely new, you are invited to soften, open, and be carried by the unified vibration.

Every month we will open the space with a rotating warm intentional sip of tea, cacao, etc. to soothe the throat, warm the body, and feel into the co-creation of collective energy for the evening. Registration not required, but is helpful so…
