I understand that rapé and sananga are not regulated by the FDA and that there is no guarantee of their safety or effectiveness.
I understand that the effects of rapé and sananga may vary from person to person, and that any results or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

I hereby release Transitions by Truth and any other parties involved in the provision of rapé and sananga from any and all liability, damages, or claims arising from or in connection with my use of rapé.
I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Transitions by Truth and any other parties involved in the provision of rapé and sananga from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from or in connection with my use of rapé and sananga.
